Today we had a radar gun to measure the speed of our serves. Mine clocked at 130 km/h, which would put me top 2 in my class of 14.

In comparison, the fastest serves in the professional tour would measure 149 (Greg Rusedski and Andy Roddick) for the men’s tour and 129 (Venus Williams) for the women’s tour.

Not bad you might think, except the units for their records is in mi/h, which would make my serve (80 mi/h) look very amateurish.

Oh well.
