The West Gate of Minami-Senju station has seen massive changes since I moved here about half a decade ago.

Back then, the east side was the more progressive side with its high-rise condominiums and community malls, while the west side was just a bunch of old houses and old shops. There are still many old houses and old shops there, but there has been a lot of new welcome additions.
The rotary was redesigned and rebuilt to make the area look wider, a new tower was built (not in this picture) with shops on the first couple of floors, including a satellite ward office at the second floor. Burger King (right side of the picture), among other new shops, came in a few years ago.
